Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the conclusion, explanation and execution of every Agreement to be concluded by BeroV with a Client and form an integral part thereof.
Agreements between BeroV and the Client are only concluded by and at the time of explicit written confirmation of an assignment or change or an order by BeroV.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Client or other third parties are expressly not accepted by BeroV and will not form part of an Agreement concluded by BeroV with a Client, unless BeroV has expressly accepted it in writing. The Client is deemed to have agreed to the exclusive applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Client, these General Terms and Conditions, including any appendices, are exclusively applicable to each Agreement, Quotation, Order Confirmation and/or offer from BeroV (whether or not together with third parties).
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions conflict with the provisions of the Agreement, the relevant provisions of the Agreement will prevail.
